Just to document: my car has hit 30,000 miles today, February 29, 2006, around 12:10 PM, on interstate 10. I forgot to note when it turned 20,000, but my car passed 10,000 miles on September 23, 2002.

Nice! How old is your car? I’ve been doing some driving with my new car and i’ve done 2700Kms(2700 kilometer = 1677.702 mile) in 30 days…my dad just flipped when he saw the odo. Coz he’s never crossed 1000 kilometer = 621.371 mile in a month driving around the city ever with all his 4 cars he’s had. of course he loves the highways and travelling across states in India on vacation. He’s planning to buy a caravan when he retires.

It turned 6 yrs old this past November 2005. 30,000 mi for a 6 year-old car is very low…
